We used the excising living room area to created this modern open concept kitchen. We tore down the wall dividing the living room and kitchen which resulted in a beautiful space with more natural airflow and lighting.
We opened up the Master Bedroom to create a spacious luxury Master Bathroom with a walking shower and tub. This space allowed our client to really relax after a longs days work.
We remodeled a 1970s condominium bathroom and gave it a modern look. New lighting, touch screen vanity mirror, shower niche and tile liner were just some additions made for this project.

We needed our roof fixed after some tiles broke during a fumigation. Luckily we had extra tiles so we just needed somebody who could go up there and replace the broken roof tiles. They got back to me quickly, and did the work within the week before the rain came. Great work done.

Spindola Construction was extremely helpful, friendly, and on time during all the process of repairing the leak and redoing our bathroom.
